Your card will be charged after your try-at-home service, and once you decide you are keeping the items.

Refunds

The refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers but should take between 5-12 business days.

The receipt will automatically be sent to your email after your card is charged. If you haven’t received it, please send us a message over chat.
